Terms of Service:
I will deliver a quality Web Site, Complete Approved Design, all graphics, links, menubars, etc....., also uploading and testing of your web site.
Payment is due in full on completion of Web Site.
This means, once site design is complete and uploaded , payment is to be paid in full. If payment is not made at this time, the Web Site will be removed until payment is made in full.
At the time payment is made, you will recieve all information given to me to create the site along with a floppy disk, containing a backup of the entire web site. If you would like your site to be updated, this is an additional regular hourly fee, It is NOT included in the original web site price.
Cancellations:
If cancellation occurs after 15 hours of work has been put in on the Web Site, there will be an hourly rate charge applied for the work that has already been done. Payment will be due at this time, minus the deposit that was left.
